To be allowed to take the Final Exam, students must fulfill the following requirements:
1. Take and submit ALL the 3 CATs as scheduled by the lecturer before they can sit for the Final Exam. Students are encouraged to communicate with their lecturers if they encounter any challenges. A Final Grade comprises results of the 3 CATS plus the FINAL EXAM. Only those who have done and submitted all the 3 CATs will allowed to take the Final Exam.
2. Attend at LEAST 75% of the class whether in-person or online (Whereas in-person classes have attendance sheets that students sign, online evidence will be derived from logs (records) that show a student's participation and engagement with the learning resources posted on the system. The logs are recorded automatically whenever a student engages with the learning resources. Through Class Reps, the lecturers should also keep an attendance sheet. Only those who attended 75% of the course will allowed to take the Final Exam.
3. ONLY those cleared by the Finance Office will be allowed to take the Final Exam. Students should engage the Finance Office early enough to avoid last minute inconveniences. For in-person exams, students will present an Exam Card issue by the Finance Office. For online exams, only those who have been cleared will be able to access their portals to take the Final Exam.
