UCC 1113: The Gospel SEP- DEC 2025
The purpose of The Gospel course is to demonstrate how God relates to humanity as its Creator and Redeemer as revealed in the Bible and in Christ. Following a brief introduction of what the Gospel entails, the course makes the case for the necessity of the Gospel in human redemption. This incorporates God as the Creator and His purpose in placing mankind over the rest of His creation. Following the fall however, that plan was dishonoured, occasioning a redemptive plan from the first Adam to the second Adam (Jesus Christ), by whom He reconciles humanity to Himself. This is the essence of the Gospel itself, and the purpose of this course.
This course will also enhance the KAG EAST UNIVERSITY’s Motto of: A University of Transformation. The course will intentionally lay emphasis on the transformation of students, so that they enhance their roles as servant leaders in their different spheres while serving internally as members of the University community.
This is also in line with KAGEU’s vision of “A Distinguished Pentecostal University producing servant leaders for the global marketplace.”
